Extended License Terms
In addition to the Superhive Standard Royalty Free License (https://superhivemarket.com/page/royalty-free-license), this product is subject to the following additional restrictions:

1. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee must not:
a) grant sublicenses or transfer rights under this Agreement without the Licensor’s prior written consent;
b) create, distribute, or otherwise utilize Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) based on the Assets or incorporate the Assets into blockchain-based projects or products;
c) use or include the Assets in Metaverse-related projects or virtual-world platforms such as Decentraland, The Sandbox, and similar environments;
d) include the Assets in datasets used for training, testing, or developing generative AI programs, or use the Assets as input to such programs;
e) sell or distribute 2D images rendered from the Assets as independent products (for example, stock images or print materials);
f) engage in any activity that infringes the intellectual-property rights of the Licensor or any third party.

2. Permission Requests
The Licensee may request authorization for a prohibited use by submitting a written request to the Licensor. The Licensor may approve or reject such requests at its sole discretion.

3. License Relationship
These additional terms form part of the license agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee.
By purchasing or downloading the Assets, the Licensee agrees to comply with both the Superhive Standard Royalty Free License and these additional terms.
